Daum released unofficial open api for blog users. It is currently implemented for XML-RPC and all XML-RPC requests should go to the following URI: http://blog.daum.net/_blog/XMLRPC.do. It’s not compatible with Blogger API or MetaWeb API, but it offers many functions for blogging.

1Noon is a local search engine service launched in September, 2005 in Korea. The 1Noon means “First Snow” and is pronunciated by “Chutnoon” in korean. They focused on search indexing for korean web pages. But, Chutnoon’s challenge seems to be reckless.

Soojung is korean open source blogging tools. It means Quartz in Korean and same name of Soojung Lim, TV star. This project was developed ddt and mithrandir.
It uses file system instead of DBMS and supports all blogging functions such as RSS, comment and trackback. You can tack development history in blog.
