There are many beta services. How to succeed with beta services?
1. Closed based viral marketing for opnion leader (major bloggers, early-adopters)
2. Very rapid response and feedback with beta users.
3. Let them join to make addtional services with open api.
4. Protect sensibility of beta users. (It’s harmful ignorance such as Yahoo and Flickr’s ID integration.)
