Danny Kim, a korean web 2.0 evangelist hosted meeting for people interested in Web 2.0. in Oct. 20th, 2005. Maybe this is first public meeting in this country.

Danny announced it last week and about 20 people promised to join this meeting. There are various members including portal company such as Daum, Nate, Egloos and bloggers and newspaper reporter. Discussions focused on korean internet culture and web 2.0 user participating structure, openness and business model.

I reviewed web2con two weeks ago in US and gave a gift to Danny (above photograph). There are many behind story while drinking after meeting. You can see Danny’s postscript in korean.
